I was swayed, by literature I had received in the mail about a recent sale, to contact you and see what you had to offer. Your approach of advice as opposed to sales specific meeting gave me confidence that the LJH group would be a better option for having my home exposed to a greater number of people. I was also enthusiastic of your detail regarding the up to the minute state of the market assessment you could provide and the fact that you already had prospective buyers that you could bring into the sales process even before listing the property. I was also pleased that you did not feel the need to pressure me into unnecessary advertising costs as you believed (rightly so) that this sale would not require it. The sale itself managed a price that I had not even allowed for and it is testament that if I had tried to negotiate directly to purchasers I may not have achieved what you could, this is mostly again due to your approach of not pressuring people and letting them make the decisions themselves. An approach that real estate sales people get beaten up for on many occasions.

My wife and I would like to thank Troy for the amazing effort he put into selling our house. At the beginning, Troy suggested how we could make significant, yet inexpensive, improvements to our property that would help present it in the best possible way. He assisted by arranging tradesman to carry out these minor improvements. The work was carried out competently, and at a very reasonable cost.
